Pool resurfacing in Royal Palm Beach should include a clear preparation scope and the documentation for the selected finish and related components. Finn's Pool Services describes removal, crack repair and surface preparation; Horizon Pool and Patio offers resurfacing within a wider renovation business. Ask both to distinguish an interior replaster from equipment or layout changes before comparing the price and proposed completion process.
Royal Palm Beach publishes a specific Pool Re-plaster submission category. It lists a design plan and anti-suction-compliant device specifications among the documents supplied by the contractor or owner. Ask the contractor to identify the exact component information it will submit and any work needed to match the approved scope. This is more precise than assuming the paperwork for a brand-new pool applies unchanged to resurfacing.
Finn's explains the sequence of removing the old surface, addressing cracks and preparing for the replacement material, and provides new-plaster care information. Ask which repairs are included and how additional defects found during preparation will be priced. Horizon's wider equipment and supply business may support continuing care, but agree who provides the actual finish instructions and which follow-up visits are included.

Yes. The Village’s contractor portal lists Pool Re-plaster separately and identifies supporting design and device documents. Confirm the current submission for the actual scope with the Building Division.
Finn’s includes crack repair in its preparation description, but the assessment must define what repair is appropriate. Ask how a defect needing more than surface preparation would change the agreement.
Horizon offers equipment services, but request separate line items for any changes. A finish-only estimate should not conceal the cost or responsibility for unrelated equipment work.
Agree that responsibility before work starts. Request the selected finish’s instructions, the person responsible for initial care and a written description of any included visits.
